Rachael got her start performing throughout Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom singing and dancing and also played the part of Mary Poppins and Pluto during the Mickey Mouse Parade. Rachael has been wowing audiences with her unique blend of interactive guitar music, comedy, cartoon impressions and juggling. Her high energy and fast paced shows also draw upon her captivating storytelling and theatrical techniques. Her various themes include: the power of kindness, the value of respect, our spiritual connection to the earth and it's animals, and the ability to make our dreams come true.

2011 Senior Games bring out feisty friendships

Competitors say friendships often forged over games

MANKATO — By 8:30 a.m., Minnesota State University’s Myers Field House was buzzing with the excitement of seasoned athletes at the top of their games.

But instead of collegiate co-eds sprinting a 100-meter race or sailing over high-jump bars, the room was full of a different kind of athlete.
